The manager was friendly and always willing to help, going above and beyond to assist us. The top floor had a separate kitchen with all the necessary amenities, including a fridge and washing machine. the breakfast provided was simple but satisfactory.

That the shower cubicles on the top floor leaked, causing damage to the wooden floor outside the bathrooms. It would be great if this issue could be fixed.

During my recent stay at a cozy hostel in the center of Ponta Delgada, I had the best experience ever! The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a maximum of 4 beds, ensuring a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast provided each morning was delicious, with a variety of choices to satisfy everyone's taste. The staff, particularly Gala, was incredibly helpful, providing me with all the necessary information about Ponta Delgada and the main attractions of Sao Miguel. The hostel's central location made it easy for me to explore the city and reach other parts of the island. I had a fantastic time at this hostel and highly recommend it.

The apartment kitchen shared by the 2 apartments on the top floor could have been cleaner and there was some unpleasant smell coming out of the pipes.

The hostel itself is well-maintained and feels new, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The breakfast, though simple, provided everything I needed. The location is perfect, right in the center of town and close to the bus station, making it easy to explore the island. There was only one bathroom on each floor, which caused some inconvenience in the mornings. It was often crowded and uncomfortable to take a shower when someone else was already in the small space.
